PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINE
- All orders are processed only after your approval through our 3-photo quality check system.
- Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days from the date of approval (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Pre-orders may take longer based on supplier conditions. Timelines will always be transparently communicated.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
- Free shipping may apply during specific campaigns, promotions, or exclusive drops. Eligibility will be visible at checkout.
- Orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners (J&T, Grab, and Lalamove). You’ll receive tracking information and daily updates through our Facebook group or preferred platform.
DELAY & LIABILITY NOTICE
- VAULT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other force circumstances.
