Every customer receives three free quality photos of their exact item before it ships—giving you the chance to inspect and approve your order.

  • Approved Refunds: 90% of the item’s price will be refunded.
  • The remaining 10% covers processing, inspection, and handling fees.

If you’re not fully satisfied during this preview phase, you’re eligible to request a refund or exchange with no hassle.

Note: Once the item is approved and shipped, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of verifiable factory defects or damage, reported within 24 hours of delivery. Supporting photos and necessary documentation will be required for processing.
